Working Bee September 2024

We had 14 volunteers assist us with the planting of about 100 lomandras in the lower creek bed along the Brushbox Track - adjacent to another planting we did six months ago. Unlike too many of our plantings, there was actual soil here and while the work was hard, we manged to dig them all in, along with a good drink, within our two hours. There were our reliable regulars, a Cub earning a badge and a visit from our long-time friend & neighbour Harry, who didn't come empty handed either. Our wrap up group picture shows a tired, but proud bunch admiring our accomplishment and savouring a great morning tea! Join us in a month's time for our next bushcare working bee!
